Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Watford

Salary - £25,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £55,000)

Hours: 5-day week including Saturdays - Monday to Thursday 9am 6:30pm, Friday 9am 6pm, Saturday 10am 3pm

Driver with own car Mileage paid

Our client is a dynamic estate agency based in Watford. They are currently looking for a confident Lettings Negotiator who can value to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced candidate to join a small team and become part of a proactive firm with a growing reputation. You will be working largely at the mid to high end of the market.

Responsibilities:

? Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails

? Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required

? Arranging /conducting property viewings

? Negotiating lets through to move in

? Referencing potential tenants

? Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices

? Assisting with business generation

? Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback

? Providing high levels of customer service

? Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients

? Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business

? Generating T&Cs

? Deputise for colleagues within the department as necessary.
