Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Watford? We are seeking a qualified and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team starting this September. Candidates must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). This is a full-time position on a long-term contract.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and development.

- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.

- Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.

- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.

- Stay current with developments in primary education and integrate new knowledge into teaching practice.

**Requirements:**- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).- ECT's welcomed.- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
