Our client is currently offering multiple opportunities for Production Technicians to join their manufacturing facility in Watford, Hertfordshire. They seek diligent individuals who follow processes and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate large-scale process equipment to assist in the production of therapeutic products.
  • Perform in-process checks during product formulation to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Participate in cleaning activities within the production areas and equipment.
  • Engage in various operational tasks, including lifting heavy items where required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising production efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or drink industries is preferred for some departments.
  • For other departments, no prior manufacturing experience is required. A positive attitude and transferable skills are essential. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including military, chemical, and logistics sectors.

Shift Pattern:

  • 24/7 rotating shift pattern: 12-hour shifts (days/nights), 4 days on, 4 rest days, 4 nights on, 4 rest days.

Please note, that due to the location of the site, a driver's license and a mode of transport are essential for the role.
