Location - Watford, Herts

CMM Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Use CMM (PC-Dmis) and other inspection tools to assess machined and sheet metal components
  • Ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
  • Identify defects and provide feedback to operations teams
  • Work to tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience with CMM using PC-Dmis
  • Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • IT skills (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of quality control processes within a manufacturing environment
