Location - Watford, Herts

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000

Working Hours - Monday to Friday (day shifts)

Job Type - Permanent

Quality Inspector Responsibilities

Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications
Use CMM (PC-Dmis) and other inspection tools to assess machined and sheet metal components
Ensure adherence to AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
Identify defects and provide feedback to operations teams
Work to tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with CMM using PC-Dmis
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
IT skills (Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of quality control processes within a manufacturing environment
