We are working with a tier 1 main contractor who are looking for an experienced MEICA Project Manager to join their team in the North London area. As the MEICA Project Manager you will be responsible for a series of allocated projects & site activities within theclient base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and reporting operational and financial targets, programme management and supply chain management including procurement and performance
  • Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants, clients, architects, and project teams on technical maters
  • Provide quality outputs on time, quality and cost, that enable programmes to achieve their outcomes
  • Management of contractors and key suppliers
  • Lead non-complex and complex projects, including set-up, management, and delivery, ensuring that the project delivers on time, cost and quality and meets all technical delivery processes, standards and reporting requirements
  • Manage stakeholder communications and key messages for the project
  • Manage project-level resources to ensure project outputs are delivered on time, cost and quality

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager managing and delivering multiple projects of varying complexity and value
  • Knowledge and experience in the Water industry
  • Experience of working with MEICA
  • Member of the APM, APM certified or equivalent (or experience-based)
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • Full UK Driving License
  • First Aid (desirable)
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary for this role will be dependent upon experience and discussed upon shortlisting.
