The Solution Group is currently looking for a highly skilledProject Managerto leadstructural and secondary steelworkprojects inWatford. This role is ideal for someone with extensive project management experience, paired with a strong background in bothstructural and architectural metalwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete lifecycle ofstructural and secondary steelworkprojects, from planning and design through to installation and final delivery.
Manage project schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project quality.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project duration.

Essential Requirements:

Significant experience inproject management, particularly within thestructural and secondary steelwork sectors.
Strong expertise in bothstructural and architectural metalwork, with knowledge of fabrication, installation, and design.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
