We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading industrial and logistics construction company. The successful candidate will take ownership and lead the planning and successful delivery of projects valued between 20-40 million.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and successful delivery of projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee the planning and organization of the site to control all aspects of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM compliance
  • Ensure all works are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and with a strong focus on health and safety
  • Set a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading the team in a positive manner
  • Provide overall control, management, ownership, and full responsibility for the delivery of projects
  • Maintain good client relationships to promote repeat business and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably for industrial or logistics unit new builds
  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM regulations
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and standards
