We are recruiting for an exciting Project Manager to join a fantastic company based in Aldenham.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 3 months with high potential to extend further.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing stakeholder relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handling incoming emails to a shared inbox
- Scheduling and Organising Meetings: Internal and external communication: Ensuring that all communication flows smoothly between various parties involved, avoiding misunderstandings or delays.
- Project Management Support: Tracking progress: Keeping tabs on different workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and ensuring stakeholders are updated on the status.
- Problem Solving: Handling issues proactively: Identifying potential issues or bottlenecks early and addressing them before they escalate.
- Documenting and Tracking Information: Action items and follow-up: Documenting the results of meetings, managing to-do lists, and ensuring that any decisions or tasks are followed through to completion
What the employer is looking for:
- Project Management or Program Management experience
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, or Microsoft Project)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- The ability to build and maintain trust with diverse groups of people
- the ability to keep multiple projects and timelines on track simultaneously.
- Being able to juggle many tasks, scheduling, and meetings while keeping everything in order is key to this role.
