Project Manager (Construction)

Unite People are working with a Hertfordshire based Passive Fire Protection sub-contractor to introduce a freelance, travelling Project Manager for at least 12 months.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple smaller projects around the South East, liaise with clients, manage the day-to-day running of the projectsand ensure works are carried out correctly and to spec before completing handover.

• 300 per 8 hour day paid LTD or CIS
• All expenses covered for travelling between sites
• General construction experience required foran overviewof health andsafety, rams, sub-contractor and directtrades management
• 12 months minimum with an overview of eventually joining the business on the books

Required

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• 5 years experience managing construction sites as Site Manager minimum
• Ability to start within next 2 weeks
