Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Watford.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the United Kingdom in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 6 months. An opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a new build residential job in Watford.
They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Developer.
The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Developer experience
- new build experience
- RC Frame
