Our client is a forward thinking PQS practice with an outstanding reputation. They are offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic, growing team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Are you the right person for the job?

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in the UK (PQS or Contractor side)
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management & procurement
  • Chartered or working towards MRICS status
  • Proficient in Excel and CAD measurement software
  • Full UK driving licence & eligible to work in the UK

What will your role look like?

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Administer tender processes and construction contracts
  • Lead procurement activities and build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals
