Whether you're a seasoned Senior Negotiator ready for the next career step or an experienced Sales Manager eager to lead a branch, this role offers the opportunity to grow and shape a successful independent agency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director to grow market share and ensure the branch’s success
  • Conduct valuations with an emphasis on winning new instructions and listings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors
  • Proactively work as part of a team to achieve branch and personal targets
  • Lead by example, driving the branch to hit performance standards and goals
  • Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy
Your Profile:
  • Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property
  • Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell
  • Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market
  • Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
Benefits Package:
  • OTE  £60,000+
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission and Quarterly Branch Reward Scheme
  • Car Allowance: £2,000 annually (plus petrol allowance, 45p/mile for travel)
  • 5-day work week (Saturday included, with a weekday off)
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm working hours (Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays, with an additional day per year after 5 years’ service, up to 5 extra days)
