- Collaborate with the Director to grow market share and ensure the branch’s success
- Conduct valuations with an emphasis on winning new instructions and listings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors
- Proactively work as part of a team to achieve branch and personal targets
- Lead by example, driving the branch to hit performance standards and goals
- Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy
- Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property
- Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell
- Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market
- Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
- OTE £60,000+
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission and Quarterly Branch Reward Scheme
- Car Allowance: £2,000 annually (plus petrol allowance, 45p/mile for travel)
- 5-day work week (Saturday included, with a weekday off)
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm working hours (Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays, with an additional day per year after 5 years’ service, up to 5 extra days)
