This is a fantastic Block Property Management company is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector who can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

You will be given an introductory portfolio which is varied and based between Northampton to London. You will only spend 1 day a week out on site if needed, photographing and recording any jobs which will need to be completed.

Salary ranges between £30,000 - £35,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel and higher salaries can be discussed. The company operates on a hybrid working environment so going into the office is only mandatory for 1-2 days of the week after training!

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your IRPMs paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.
