LETTINGS VALUERWatford Salary: £25K basic - OTE £55K  An exciting opportunity for a LETTINGS VALUER, to join our client, a successful Estate Agency based in the Watford area with excellent opportunity for growth and career development. As a successful LETTINGS VALUER, you will be responsible for booking property viewings, registering applications, identifying and then maximising business opportunities and valuing properties, whilst delivering a fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. If you're experienced in LETTINGS and MARKET APPRAISALS, effective Landlord communication, client relationship management, property viewings (organising and conducting), negotiations, a thorough market knowledge, and administrative tasks, this could be the role for you!  Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
  • Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer
  • Arranging /conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating lets through to move in
  • Referencing potential tenants
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
  • Assisting with business generation
  • Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
  • Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business
  • Generating T&C’s
  • Deputise for colleagues within the department as necessary.
