Internal Recruitment Consultant (Professional Services)

Watford

£28,000 pa (OTE £50,000)

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are happy to be supporting a well-established organisation in Watford who are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis with some hybrid options.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • You will be involved in the full recruitment process - From writing the ad, managing applications, screening calls, interviews, offering and onboarding
  • You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
  • Manage talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods
  • Assist with optimising and improving recruitment and other people processes
  • Assist and facilitate pre/onboarding process for all new starters
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment
  • Help promote the company of choice in its industry through communication, outreach efforts, networking events, and recruitment marketing.

You will have the following skills & attributes:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Your expertise will also include sourcing, interviewing, and training techniques.
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & Word).
