What could your day look like?...
We're looking for an experienced consultant with a extensive knowledge within recruitment to join our Watford team on a Finance desk.
路 Building relationships with clients - understanding the needs of businesses we work closely with to identify key talent in the market to fulfill their needs
路 Winning new business - identifying new business opportunities within the industry to develop and build your portfolio of clients
路 Managing vacancies from start to finish - effectively working with clients to fill their vacancies
路 Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates - identifying the best candidate for the role
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience within Accountancy and Finance recruitment would be advantageousDrive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset ??Get up and go mentalityOrganisation and Time Management skill
