What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Sourcing Top Talent: Use social media, job platforms, and innovative strategies to attract and identify exceptional educators.
  • Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with schools and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Managing Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end process, ensuring smooth placements and positive experiences for all parties.
  • Achieving Targets: Work towards ambitious but achievable goals, supported by a collaborative and energetic team.

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
