Recruitment Consultant - Up to £60k OTE

We are seeking an outgoing and high-achieving consultant to join its ever-growing and successful team, located in the heart of Watford (easily accessible via the M1 and A41!) and 20 minutes away from Euston via train.

£25,000 - £60k per Annum

What will your responsibilities consist of?

Resourcing and qualifying candidates
Meeting deadlines and KPIs as required by the business
Scheduling and completing interviews/ placements
Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders
Communicating with candidates
Upholding an excellent level of service
Managing end-to-end process of recruitment (Full training will be provided!)
