ProfDoc Healthacre are seeking an outgoing and high achievingVeterinaryRecruitmentConsultantto join its ever-growing and successful team, located in the heart ofWatford(easily accessible via the M1 and A41!) and 20 minutes away from Euston via train.
Salary:
£30,000 + Annual Bonus Scheme
Up to 20% commission
60k Y1 OTE

What will your responsibilities consist of?
Resourcing and qualifying candidates
Meeting deadlines and KPIs as required by the business
Scheduling and completing interviews/ placements
Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters and other relevant stakeholders
Communicating with candidates
Upholding an excellent level of service
Managing end-to-end process of recruitment (Full training will be provided!)

What skill/ qualities are we seeking?
Excellent Verbal Communication:Able to convey information clearly and persuasively in conversations and presentations.
Strong Interpersonal Skills:Proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships with diverse individuals.
Negotiation Skills:Skilled in negotiating agreements and terms effectively and ethically with both clients and candidates.
Organisational Skills:Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
Resilience and Adaptability:Demonstrate the ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining performance levels.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Veterinary Recruitment!
