Are you passionate about engaging with tenants and ensuring their voices are heard? We're seeking a dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer to join our Clients team for a 6-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a housing environment, focusing on tenant support and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact point for tenants, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate open and effective communication between tenants and the housing team, ensuring clarity around project timelines and service updates.
  • Support the planning and coordination of tenant services, including repair schedules and feedback on community projects.
  • Conduct tenant visits to resolve issues related to repairs, adaptations, and other housing services, ensuring tenants feel supported throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, ensuring all updates are logged and accessible to the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Tenant Liaison Officer role or a position focused on tenant or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage tenant expectations.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with housing management systems.
  • A full driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
