Watford - hybrid working after initial training

Our client is a well-regarded company based in Watford. We are recruiting an experienced finance administrator to join them a 6-month FTC. You will ideally have experience in either Accounts Payable, or Credit Control with strong attention to detail. 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Funding Team, helping to assist both part and full activation roles within the team. Any experience of the accounting system Netsuite, Salesforce, would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the Funding Team to establish timely and accurate processing of daily deliveries via back office, and Salesforce systems.
  • Checking documentation from supplying dealer to original Purchase order to ensure accuracy and to respond swiftly to any discrepancies.
  • Part activating products on a daily basis via Salesforce and Back office.
  • Full activating products on a daily basis via Salesforce and Back office.
  • Understanding the company provider’s processes and requirements to ensure the appropriate documentation to enable swift payout.
  • Allocating funder remittances onto Netsuite.
  • Chasing any outstanding payment and resolving any queries.
