Our client, a leading provider of construction equipment, is seeking a talented Plant Fitter to join their team in Watford in both mobile and workshop positions. This role offers excellent benefits, including a company van and paid door-to-door travel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of construction machinery.
- Working as a team to ensure service schedules are maintained.
- Travelling to customer sites for breakdowns and repairs (mobile roles).
- Working with other engineers in the workshop for large overhauls (workshop roles).
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience repairing and servicing construction machinery.
- Experience using diagnostic tools.
- Formal qualifications in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Experience as a Plant Engineer.
- Strong Mechanical Engineer skills.
