As a Supply HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students, helping to deliver high-quality education. Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading whole-class learning in the absence of a teacher.
- Supporting small groups and individual students.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation.
- Providing classroom and behavioural management.
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet student needs.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification (or extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant with additional responsibilities).
- Experience working in a primary in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
