Secondary Teaching Assistant - Temporary Assignment - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Watford
Pay Rate: 90 to 100 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)

Academics is acting as a recruitment agency, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to work on a temporary basis across a range of schools in the Watford area. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector while supporting students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom, supporting students in their learning.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Support the emotional, social, and academic development of students.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role in an educational setting).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Passion for working with children and supporting their individual learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in different school settings across Watford.

Pay and Benefits:

• 90 to 100per day , dependent upon your experience, qualification
• Pay includes holiday pay, ensuring you are compensated fairly for your time worked.
