- Supporting individual young people and also identifying at - risk young people

- Working closely with key organisations and Agencies in developing youth support

- Co-ordinating support packages for young people to access specialist services

- Working with partner schools to identify at - risk young people and share local knowledge

- Building trusted relationships with marginalized and vulnerable people

- Delivering mentoring to young people across six sites in the local area
