We are recruiting Supported Housing Officers with experience in Tenancy Management in Watford.
The position is a Temp to Perm contract lasting 3 months, with shifts from 8am to 4pm and 1pm to 9pm over 7 days, including weekends.
The role requires 37.5 hours of work per week and offers a salary of £29,848.00 per annum.
Responsibilities include supporting residents with their tenancy agreements and taking legal action when necessary.
Candidates should have experience in managing tenancies and attending court proceedings related to tenancy actions.

Salary: £29,848.00 Per Annum PAYE: £17.14, Umbrella: £19.71,

Job Details:

Support residents with their tenancy agreements, ensuring they understand and adhere to their responsibilities.
Take legal tenancy action when required, including issuing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.
Attend court proceedings to complete the legal process for tenancy actions.
