We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer for a housing association to ensure that neighbourhoods are places where residents want to live. This role involves understanding local needs and working collaboratively with other teams, residents' groups, and external partners to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained estates. You will also be responsible for addressing and preventing anti-social behaviour and supporting vulnerable customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with other teams, residents' groups, and external partners to ensure estates are well maintained, clean, and safe.
  • Identify and plan improvements in the neighbourhoods, ensuring they are effectively delivered.
  • Investigate breaches of tenancy and support more vulnerable customers.
  • Address and prevent anti-social behaviour by working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Engage in a strong collaborative approach across various teams and departments, local partners, and residents to ensure successful delivery of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within a housing association or related field.
  • Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
