We are looking for a dedicated Neighbourhood Response Officer to ensure our neighbourhoods are places where residents love to live.About the RoleAs a Neighbourhood Response Officer, you will:•    Collaborate with teams, residents' groups, and external partners to address local needs and develop thriving communities.•    Ensure estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained, while identifying and delivering key improvements.•    Investigate breaches of tenancy and support vulnerable residents in a compassionate and professional manner.•    Work proactively to address and prevent anti-social behaviour through close partnership with colleagues and external agencies.RequirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You must be passionate about fostering safe and welcoming environments and have the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.Previous experience in a Neighbourhood Response role.
