**About the Role**
We have an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator, paying up to 25k per annum full-time. We would also consider candidates interested in 20-25 hours per week as well

This role is predominantly remote, with a requirement to visit our Chorleywood, WD3 office once a week. The ideal candidate will have a suitable home office setup and a reliable internet connection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate pre-placement administration: schedule interviews, send confirmations, and liaise with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update our ATS and in-house systems for seamless record keeping.
- Post new job listings and format candidate CVs accurately and promptly.
- Address issues swiftly, including rescheduling interviews and resolving candidate queries.
- Assist with audit submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support payroll preparation in collaboration with our external provider.
- Calculate rates (training provided) to provide accurate costs to clients.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, ensuring a high level of customer service.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Admin, or a similar multi-skilled admin role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Matrix, Networx, Pinpoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document formatting.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and hiring practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Friendly personality with strong problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Experience**
- Recruitment Administration/coordination, HR admin, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and employment regulations.

**Work Environment**
- Hybrid work setup: primarily remote with office attendance in Chorleywood once per week.
- Suitable home office setup with reliable internet - a phone and laptop will be provided for work purposes.
- Occasional offsite meetings and events with reimbursed travel expenses.
