I am representing a client that is a fast-growing, stable company in the automotive sector, recently acquired by one of the largest retail banks. They have grown their tech team by 8 members this year (out of 22) and counting and they are on a exciting trajectory currently. I am looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Ruby on Rails development
- Leading and architecting projects
- Mentoring junior developers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Ruby Developer
- Strong Ruby on Rails skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
