We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistant's with at least 1 year of experience in similar roles to join a fantastic, well-resourced school in Watford. This full-time position starts ASAP, and the school is hosting paid trial days this week and next week.

The SEN Teaching Assistant will work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, supporting those with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.
SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to pupils 1:1 or in small groups, adapting to their individual needs.
- Work with pupils who have a range of SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), challenging behaviour, and Down syndrome.
- Assist in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment where pupils can flourish.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and support team to promote positive learning experiences.
