TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and dedicated SEMH School in Watford. We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to work with secondary-aged pupils in small class settings, with fantastic support from experienced staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and supporting secondary-aged pupils in small classes
  • Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with a team of support staff per class to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to ensure all students thrive

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience teaching in an SEN setting
  • Experience working with SEMH
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (not essential with the right experience)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
