TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and dedicated SEMH School in Watford. We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to work with secondary-aged pupils in small class settings, with fantastic support from experienced staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching and supporting secondary-aged pupils in small classes
Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet individual needs
Collaborating with a team of support staff per class to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to ensure all students thrive

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience teaching in an SEN setting
Experience working with SEMH
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (not essential with the right experience)
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
