SEN Teacher - Watford

Are you looking for a new role working in a primary SEN school working with students with ASC, SCLN, SLD in Watford?

I am currently working alongside an Outstanding SEN school who are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher to lead a mixed KS2 class for students with Autism and/or Complex Needs.

The position is based in Watford, Hertfordshire and will be a full-time, long-term position starting immediately till the end of the academic year. There will be an opportunity to go permanent at the end of the academic year. The position is paid to scale depending on your experience.

About the role:

  • Primary SEN school

  • Mixed Year 3/4 class

  • Full-time, long-term contract

  • Opportunity to go permanent

  • M1 to M6 pay scale plus SEN allowance

  • Leading a class of up to 10 students with Autism and/or Complex Needs

  • Training and regular CPD’s provided by the school to boost professional development

The ideal candidate:

  • Have experience working and teaching in a SEN environment

  • Led classes with students with Complex Needs

  • Can work from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Be patient, reliable, and nurturing

  • Be able to trial and/or interview immediately
