Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Watford (WD25 8FA)

Salary: £33,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday with alternate Saturdays from 7am-1pm

A full-time position is available for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager at a busy branch located in Watford. This role involves supporting the Branch Manager in the daily running of operations, driving performance, and ensuring the team delivers high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day branch operations, ensuring processes run efficiently

  • Oversee health and safety compliance to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers

  • Promote a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints

  • Lead and support team development through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management

  • Manage stock control and inventory levels accurately
