Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000negBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Internal Sales - Timber Products will involve:

• Internal Sales Manager position selling a range of predominantly softwood timber products and sheet panel materials (but also joinery, softwood and decorative surfaces)
• Selling into various main contractors, and subcontractors including joinery contractors, building contractors, housebuilders, fencing contractors, hoarding contractors, façade contractors, shop fitters as well as occasional retail trade end users
• Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly
• Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and building relationships
• An element of looking for potential new business opportunities
• Supporting with general requirements from the branch and sales team

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Timber Products with:

• Must have timber sales experience
• Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Wanting to forge a career - excellent scope to progress to management level
• Driven, enthusiastic, hungry with a passion for the product and company
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
