We are looking to recruit a Release Manager. This is an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, who are truly experts in what they do!

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities as a Release Manager

  • Collaborate with the Cutover Delivery Manager to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of Cutover channel tasks for all initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on comprehensive Cutover project plans, highlighting critical paths, resolving issues, and planning resource capacity, including external dependencies.
  • Coordinate with Transformation Project Managers and Product Managers to integrate Cutover deliverables into the overall technical delivery.
  • Schedule and manage channel activities and resources using workflow systems (e.g., Workfront), ensuring alignment with PMO resourcing in KeyedIn.
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, and changes, escalating where necessary.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting for weekly status updates, governance forums, working groups, and steering meetings.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups within the Transformation team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PMO, Technology, Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Regulations to ensure optimal delivery quality.
  • Manage business change requests efficiently and ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and support the management of dependencies with other workstreams, especially in larger projects.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Knowledge and practical experience of Project management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to convey concepts coherently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written accuracy and attention to detail.
