Are you passionate about sportswear and activewear? Do you have a knack for garment construction and love working with suppliers from around the globe? If so, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with designers and internal teams to develop stunning styles and collections, managing around 200 SKUs per season.
  • Innovate with Fabrics: Source and develop new fabrics each season, ensuring they meet our high standards for cost and quality.
  • Liaise with Factories: Maintain daily communication with factories, coordinating all activities related to development, approval, and supplier communication.
  • Precision in Production: Provide clear instructions to factories, create measurement charts, and ensure garments meet specifications for UK and global teams.
  • Fitting Sessions: Organize and manage fitting sessions, providing detailed feedback from proto stage to production.
  • Optimize Designs: Propose alternative garment executions to achieve the best design, quality, and price.
  • Timely Deliveries: Manage time and action plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples.
  • Critical Path Management: Oversee the entire process from initial prototypes to bulk production, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
  • Sample Management: Send out PP & shipment samples, resolve QC issues, and ensure all samples are ready for photo shoots and orders.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in apparel product development within sportswear, activewear, and athleisure.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, and technical fabrics.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Global Supplier Management: Experience working with suppliers in the Far East and managing wholesale business models.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in sport accessories development.
