We are currently looking to hire an Engineering Supervisor for a key client located in Watford. This is a full-time position, offering a Monday to Friday schedule with 25 days of holiday.

About the Role:

As an Engineering Supervisor, you'll take charge of engineering operations, leading a dedicated team of Shift Engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment functionality, and responding to emergencies to minimise business interruptions. This is an excellent chance to step into a leadership role where you'll impact both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train a team of engineers and subcontractors.
