Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Watford
Salary: 58,000 - 60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Overview:
We are urgently seeking an Engineering Supervisor on behalf of one of our key clients in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background and leadership experience to make an immediate impact in a critical environment. The client is looking to fill this role quickly, with the potential to start before the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers
- Oversee engineering operations within a critical environment
- Ensure all engineering tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of engineering quality and compliance
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering team
Requirements:
- Strong engineering background
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Experience working in a critical or high-pressure environment
- LV/HV AP experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
