We are looking for anMulti Skilled Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMulti SkilledEngineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled Engineer,will be responsible for:
- In this role, you will be demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities such as:
- Patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
- This will involve answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks, including:
- Manual handling.
- Working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided)
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
