Sonic Summary

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant/Handyman for a company located in Watford.
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Candidates should have experience in various maintenance tasks and be comfortable using a computer for job logging.
Key responsibilities include general maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, as well as painting and decorating.
Previous experience in a similar role is required, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

We are looking for a skilled proactive Maintenance assistant / Handy man for a company in Watford.

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a wide range of maintenance tasks and be comfortable in using a computer to log jobs and updates.

Key responsibilities:

-General maintenance and repairs across the sites

-Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks

-Painting, decorating and minor renovations

-Recording completed jobs and update on computer

Requirements

-Previous experience in a similar role.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team
