Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 Basic | OTE 40,000+

• Flexible working hours: Choose between 40 or 45 hours per week
• Core hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm (contracted)
• Responsibilities include diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance to the highest standards

• Competitive salary: 30,000 - 35,000 basic, depending on experience
• Generous bonus structure: Earn up to 6,000 in productivity and labour sales bonuses
• On-target earnings: A fantastic OTE of 40,000+
• Continuous brand-specific and EV training to keep your skills at the forefront of the industry
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technology in a state-of-the-art workshop

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential
• Prior experience in a main dealer or high-performing independent garage is advantageous
