We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a systematic, productive, and fast-paced setting, with a great work ethic and team oriented

Day-to-day of the role:

• Picking wholesale, retail, and dropship orders with accuracy.
• Packing orders and creating shipping labels.
• Marking and labelling stock accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Assisting in unloading trucks and helping with deliveries when needed.
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet business performance targets.
• Handling manual tasks involving bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and dependability are crucial.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Self-motivated with an upbeat and energised attitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Operative.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid Driving License.
• Forklift licence or experience a benefit - but not essential
• Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
