We are looking for a professional, pro-active administrator to join a growing business in Watlington.
You will need a minimum of 6 months previous experience in an office environment as well as excellent customer service skills and a great eye for detail.
*Due to the location of the office, you will need access to your own vehicle
The role:
- Data entry
- Monitoring emails
- Answering incoming calls
- Updating CRM and spreadsheets
- Greeting visitors
- Ad hoc admin duties to support all departments
What you will need:
- Minimum 6 months experience in an admin role
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and flexibility to support in different areas
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
