Position; ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE
Location; WATLINGTON
Salary; £13 PER HOUR
Planet Recruitment have registered a new opportunity for a small family run business who are looking for 2 x Assembly Operatives to join their business on a long term temporary basis (this role could lead to a permanent position).
Due to the location being in Watlington you must drive with access to your own transport (or live within Watlington).
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM with occasional overtime.
Main responsibilities;
- Using hand tools
- Inspection of specific components for the company
- Quality Checks for correct assembly
- Following work instructions
- Using various machines to solder products
- Manual work i.e lifting / moving items (no more than 10kg
Experience / Qualifications;
- Previous assembly experience (not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport or Motorbike to get to site each day
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
