Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aston Clinton (Aylesbury)
Starting Salary: Up to £42,000 (Rising with the national living wage)
Total Earnings: Up to approximately £47,000 with benefits and overtime
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Shift Pattern
- 4 on / 4 off:
- 4 days, 4 days off, 4 nights (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM)
About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, youll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the operations of cutting-edge equipment. The role involves working with advanced extrusion, injection, and stretch blow moulding machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical systems, with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to ensure optimal operations.
- Collaborate with a team of Maintenance Engineers to achieve common goals.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills to grow as a Maintenance Engineer.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: Electrical qualifications and electro-mechanical expertise.
- Experience: Knowledge of automated systems is beneficial, though programming skills are not essential.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented approach.
- Additional: Please note that sponsorship or relocation support is not available for this role.
