Are you looking to build your admin skills in a busy but friendly environment?

We are looking for an office assistant to join a growing business in Watlington. Providing essential admin support to the sales team and delivering exception customer service to clients and visitors, you will be a key member of the team.

This is a fully office based role working Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4.30pm on an ongoing basis (around 4-6 weeks minimum). You will need your own vehicle to access the office due to it's rural location.

The role:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Monitoring and responding to emails
  • Updating spreadsheets and systems
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Data input
  • Supporting with reporting
  • Ad hoc office and admin support across departments

You will need:

  • 6-12 months admin experience minimum
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Great customer service skills and be happy to answer calls and greet visitors
  • Team work skills and ability to pitch in where needed
  • Available to start immediately
  • Access to your own vehicle to access office
