Are you a manager from a production or manufacturing background, looking for a varied role with a leading specialist manufacturer where you will have full autonomy for the production site.

This well-established organization are leading UK manufacturers of high quality, sustainable equipment for building solutions. They have seen rapid growth over the last few years and are continuing to dominate their industry.
In this Monday to Friday, days-based role. You will manage skilled team of 46, ensuring all health & safety, quality, training and development. You will play a crucial role in succession planning to help ensure the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will therefore have management experience from a manufacturing background, looking to join a market leading business.
The Role:
- Manage a team of 46.
- Ensure Health & Safety, Quality, training and development.
- Reporting to Operations Manager.
The Person:
- Management experience within a production or manufacturing site.
- NEBOSH qualified (desired).
- Commutable to Watlington.
