Are you a Deputy Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading care home group, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their beautiful care home in Norfolk. This exciting role comes with a salary up to 55,000 per year and amazing benefits!

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
  • Assist in managing home operations to meet or exceed goals.
  • Oversee care staff and assume full management in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Train and supervise staff through direct instruction and by example.
  • Assist with resident pre-admission assessments and maintain care plans.
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and organisations.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding adult/abuse referral pathways.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Skills to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • NMC registration with relevant nursing experience.
